Dr. Barry K. Jackson, renowned author of numerous best-selling books, is a highly sought-after marriage counselor, success coach, and public speaker. He presently serves as Alliance Bible College and Seminary's Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs. Dr. Jackson gained exceptional experience in the Non-Profit and Higher Education sectors prior to his time at Alliance Bible College and Seminary. He also held positions as President of the Memphis Youth Coalition and Director of Programs with the Memphis Urban League, and over the course of 29 years, he established himself as a reputable licensed Minister and Ordained Pastor. Dr. Jackson also holds a prestigious position as a respected member of the Ecumenical College of Bishops and Apostolic Leadership.
In addition to serving in these executive positions, Dr. Jackson is a skilled Project Manager who has a reputation for developing comprehensive curriculums and successful programs for municipal governments, public/charter schools, faith-based organizations, and the Department of Corrections.
Dr. Jackson combines a history in community outreach, non-profits, and higher education with a profound devotion to the education, inspiration, and holistic development of people from every background and circumstance. Dr. Jackson obtained both a Doctorate in Divinity and a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Alliance Bible College and Seminary. Additionally, he holds advanced degrees and certifications from Johns Hopkins University, The International College of Ministry, and Morehouse School of Medicine.
